CEO

Became the youngest sales manager of web solution products at Hikari Tsushin Gr. After incorporating and selling the media and affiliate business, participated in the ad technology trading desk business as COO, and returned to Japan after serving as head of the EC (D2C) business and overseas development of domestic EC. After serving as COO of founding apparel business, established Brand Architects Japan in 2021. Formerly in charge of Growth X Marketing.

Mariya Unno

Evangelist, Corporate Planning, Human Resources

After establishing an event company in Kyushu and working as a representative and TV personality, moved to Tokyo. Worked in human resources and corporate planning at CyberAgent Group. After marriage and childbirth, she took charge of business administration and corporate planning at SBI Group, where she incubated new businesses, launched subsidiaries, and created new businesses. She also executed investment projects within the group and consolidated accounts with Holdings. At BAJ, she is in charge of evangelist, corporate planning, and human resources. MBA holder and mother of one child.

Keisuke Ito

Brand Strategist

Joined Yomiuri Advertising and worked at Beacon Communications before becoming the head of marketing for DAZN Japan; moved to Anker Japan, where he managed audio brands, served as head of digital and retail, and started HOT DOG, a brand for dogs and a store in Gakugei University. He started HOT DOG STUDIO, a dog brand with a shop in Gakugei Daigaku.

Morely Scotty

Brand Strategist

After joining a major manufacturer and gaining experience in product planning, branding, marketing, and sales promotion, he was transferred to the Australian branch. As brand manager, he oversees core brands for Australia and is responsible for new product launches, brand development, and management. Lives and works in Australia.

Kazuumi Goto

Marketing Strategist

After joining wevnal and working in new sales and marketing, he established a marketing organization at Goodpatch. After overseeing the design and execution of digital-based initiatives, he was in charge of online/offline marketing for the manufacturing industry at a subsidiary of a domestic EPC business company.

She has worked in corporate PR and public relations in parallel with her entertainment career, and has appeared on shows such as ZIP!

Tomohiro Okada

In charge of Overseas Business
Director of Go Byond Inc.

As a new graduate, he worked at the Japan office of Bloomberg, a financial information service company. He then joined Loco Partners, an IT travel venture, as the 10th member, and contributed to the company's buyout to KDDI after about 6 years of service. He then moved to Bangkok, Thailand. While working for YCP Solidiance Thailand, a management consulting firm, he was in charge of business planning at GrowthX. He left YCP Solidiance Thailand to focus on business start-up in Thailand and joined BAJ. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Keio University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Sasin School of Management. He is fluent in English and Thai.

In 2004, he joined P&G Japan, where he was in charge of online marketing with a focus on the hair care category. In 2008, he joined Eli Lilly and Company, a foreign pharmaceutical company, where he worked on eBusiness transformation. From March 2018, he has been engaged in digital marketing and company-wide communication reform at KDDI Corporation From April 2021, he will work on new product launches and company-wide marketing process and organization at his current position at Pioneer Corporation.
